  • Q: What are your delivery times? Your frame will be sent within 3 working days. If you are in a hurry, please contact our Customer Service: hi@framewell.com or 020-8932306.
  • Q: How do I know what the frame will cost? The final price is displayed for every choice you make in designing your frame. Shipping is always free.
  • Q: Do you charge shipping costs? No. Shipping and returns are always free.
  • Q: How do I pay? Whatever works best for you. The most common payment methods are possible in our webshop; iDeal, credit card and PayPal.
  • Q: How many days do I have to change my mind ? You can return a frame within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Q: What do I need to hang the frame? We include a nail and a screw with plug. So either a hammer or a drill.
  • Q: Which files can I upload? This can be a jpeg or png file up to a maximum of 60mb.
  • Q: Can I adjust or cancel my order after paying for it? As soon as an order has been confirmed, it goes into production. Only if you contact our Customer Service very quickly can you still be on time to adjust or cancel the order.
